ZiP is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. ZiP splits the purchase amount into four (4) easy installments, every two weeks. ZiP allows you to buy now and pay over time!

By using ZiP you have the ability to split your Lace Xclusive purchase into four (4) easy installments and pay for your order over time, rather than all at once!
WHAT INFORMATION DOES ZIP COLLECT?
ZiP requires your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and either a US debit or credit card for sign up. Instead of the traditional username and password, ZiP requires a mobile phone number and text message verification.
IS THERE A SPENDING LIMIT WITH ZIP?
Each transaction is assessed before it is approved by ZiP. Amounts approved vary for each customer and ZiP does not approve every order. ZiP considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spending limits. For further details, please visit the ZiP support site.
HOW DO I SIGNUP FOR ZIP?
Signing up is easy! Sign up while you checkout on the Lace Xclusive website. Choose ZiP as the payment method. For the initial sign up, ZiP will ask for your date of birth, a US mobile number and a US debit or credit card. Once you've entered your information, you'll know if you are approved instantly!

HOW DO I CHECK MY ZiP ACCOUNT?
You can check your current and past orders on the ZiP customer portal. Simply log in to view your account by entering your mobile number or email address. Log into ZiP customer portal here.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT MY ZiP INSTALLMENTS?
ZiP notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.
WHEN IS MY FIRST ZiP PAYMENT DUE?
Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.
CAN I PAY OFF MY ZiP INSTALLMENTS EARLY?
Of course! Simply log into ZiP's customer portal and choose the order you wish to pay off early. You can access the portal here.
HAVING TROUBLE PAYING YOUR ZiP INSTALLMENTS?
Do not worry! We understand that sometimes you're not able to make a payment on the due date. Just be sure to notify ZiP to avoid a late fee, if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can't make your next payment. Please note that ZiP will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored. Installment payments are automatic, however, ZiP will charge a late fee in the even your payment cannot be proccessed due to insufficient funds on your debit or credit card, or if the card is no longer valid. In such instances, ZiP will charge a $7 late fee after the first missed payment on each installment. if any installment goes past 7 days late, there will be a single additional fee per order of $7. If your payment is denied in error, you can contact ZiP support by submitting a request here.
HOW DO PARTIAL REFUNDS WORK WITH ZiP?
In the instance of partial refund/return, ZiP will reduce your last installment amount by the amount that was refunded/returned. If the amount is more than the last installment, ZiP will deduce the partial refund/return from your remaining installments.
Example: You make a $100 purchase, your four installment payments are $25 each. With your first payment due at the time you place your order, your remaining 3 installments are $25 each. Lace Xclusive refunds $50 on your purchase, the amount is applied to the last installments and so on.

HOW DO FULL REFUNDS WORK WITH ZiP?
In the instance of a full refund, customers are refunded the amount paid-to-date and ZiP cancels all future payments. Please note, if you have only made one installment payment, ZiP will only refund for what you have paid, not the entire amount of the original purchase.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES WITH ZiP?
There is a $1 per-installment fee to use ZiP, regardless of the size of your order. As long as your installments are paid on-time, there are no other fees to shop with ZiP.

WHY DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT?
You may not always qualify for the full amount of your purchase. When this happens, we’ll ask you to make a down payment and we’ll process this payment right after you confirm your loan.
After that, it’s business as usual. Your first payment is due at the usual time, you can review your payment schedule in your account.
CAN I CHOOSE TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT?
You can’t choose to make a down payment if it’s not offered to you. But you can begin making payments of any amount as soon as your loan is confirmed.
CAN I CHANGE MY DOWN PAYMENT?
Also, you can’t change the amount of your down payment. The good news is not all purchases come with down payments.
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR LAYAWAY?
For layaway orders we accept cash, cash app and PayPal. PayPal is used to credit and debit card transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with is the allows you to buy now and pay over time!
HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN AS A DEPOSIT?
For layaway orders a 20% deposit is required! The deposit is required before the items are pulled from inventory.
IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
The deposit is non-refundable.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY ITEMS IN LAYAWAY FOR?
Layaways must be paid within 3 months or 90 days.
WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK IF I DECIDE I NO LONGER WANT THE ITEMS?
If your order is cancelled for any reason (by you or Lace Xclusive LLC), we will then refund all funds paid to Lace Xclusive except the initial 20% deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
CAN I CHANGE MY LAYAWAY ORDER?
The deposit is non-refundable and is used as a restocking fee.
IS THERE ANY PENALTY IF I PAY MY LAYAWAY OFF EARLY?
There is no penalty for paying off your layaway order early.
CAN I ADD CUSTOMIZATIONS TO MY LAYAWAY PRODUCT?
Yes you can add customizations to your layaway order as long as the item isn’t completely changed. Customizations and all other related costs will be added to the order total and paid as part of the layaway payments.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY LAYAWAY ORDER?
No refunds or exchanges are permitted on items paid for via a layaway plan.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LAYAWAY PAYMENT IS LATE?
A 10 day grace period will apply to all subsequent layaway payments. Failure to follow the payment schedule will cause the item(s) to be returned to stock. It is your obligation to make your payments on time we will not and do not send reminder
notices for payment.
